Terms of use

These terms govern use of Homnest, the household-management software provided by LohiSoft s.r.o., Komenského 317/135, 943 01 Štúrovo, Slovak Republic.

The service

Homnest lets one household share a calendar, tasks, money, shopping, messages, calls, location and SOS. The native iOS and Android apps are the full product. The web app is for members of a Home that already exists.

Subscription

One Home equals one subscription. Only the Home Administrator purchases. Members join free, including on the web.

The list price is 14.99 € per month or 149.99 € per year per Home, sold as an in-app purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play. You cannot buy a subscription on this website.

Trial

A new user receives a 14-day trial once per email address, on the first Home only. A second Home on the same email has no trial.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel or request a refund in the store that took the payment. Apple or Google is the merchant of record. We cannot charge or refund a store purchase from this site.

End-to-end encryption

Messages, calls, recordings, photos, receipts, attachments and location history are end-to-end encrypted. LohiSoft cannot read that content. If you lose the Home key, that content is lost. We are not liable for content we cannot recover.

Acceptable use

You must not use Homnest for unlawful activity, to harass another household, or to trigger SOS without a genuine emergency. We may suspend an account that abuses SOS or attacks the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your EU member state remain unaffected.
