Accessibility statement
Version: 2026-08-28
LohiSoft s.r.o. intends Homnest (native apps, web app, and this marketing site) to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
This is a statement of intent and current practice, not a certified audit badge. We have not published a third-party conformance certificate.
Scope
- Marketing pages on
https://homnest.eu(all 14 locales) - Web app on
https://app.homnest.eu - iOS and Android apps built from the same web client (Capacitor), plus native OS chrome (CallKit, notifications, location permission dialogs)
What we design for
- Contrast and text size consistent with the Hearth design tokens; system dark mode.
- Visible focus, keyboard use on the web, and OS screen-reader labels on controls we ship.
prefers-reduced-motionrespected on the marketing site.- Language of the page matches the locale prefix (or English at the root).
- Store and OS permission dialogs are the system’s; we do not replace them with a custom cookie wall in the native apps.
Known limits
- Some dense screens (calendar, map, finance tables) are harder on small viewports and with magnification; we keep improving them.
- MapLibre map canvases are not fully equivalent to a text list of members; a non-map status list is the alternative where the product provides one.
- E2E content cannot be made readable by our servers for a captioning or transcription service; we do not offer server-side voice transcription.
- Third-party Store pages (Apple, Google) are outside this statement.
Feedback
If you cannot use a part of Homnest, write to hello@lohisoft.com (or support@homnest.eu for product help). Include the URL or screen, the locale, and the assistive technology if you use one. We will answer and, where reasonable, fix.
EU accessibility rules for consumer services continue to develop (including the European Accessibility Act). We will update this statement when our assessment changes.
